We welcome participants of all ages and athletic ability. The Town of Saltcoats is featuring this event with “fun” in mind and a route that will captivate your attention. Start time: 8:00 am Lunch starting at 11:00 am. This event will begin in the Saltcoats Regional Park. Race Kits should be picked up the night before, Friday, June 13, at 108 Crescent Lake Road, Saltcoats between 1:00-8:00 pm. If you are unable to do so, race kits may be picked up on June 14 at the Regional Park from 7:00-7:30 am – prior to the start of the walk/run. REGISTRATION FEE - $30 (includes lunch starting at 11:00 am). For a registration form please “click here” and send the attached e-mail. You will receive your form via attachment. For Your Information!!! Throughout the Town of Saltcoats (on behalf of the Community Beautification Committee) you can arrange for a tree to be planted (or mark one of the numerous varieties already planted) as a memorial to someone you wish to remember through this living legacy. Similarly it is also a great way to celebrate a special anniversary, birthday or event, or to say thank you to someone. There are trees in the arboretum (former Legion Park), at the scattering garden in the cemetery or along High Street (paralleling railroad) which can be designated. Tax-deductible donations to support the work of the Beautification Committee are appreciated. |
