The Town of Saltcoats welcomes donations to assist with maintenance and capital expenses, all of which are tax-deductible.  Donations may also be made to the Saltcoats Cemetery.

New Tax Incentives!!!

1.) Property owners erecting a newly-constructed either residential or commercial improvement will receive a three-year tax abatement of both school and municipal taxes, with the exemption of special municipal levies (i.e. health).

2.) New owners purchasing commercial property for the purpose of establishing a business will be exempt from school and municipal taxes with the exemption of special levies (i.e. health) for a three-year period, subject to their remaining in business.
